2. Products and pricing
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but packaging and appearance may vary slightly. We may correct pricing or stock errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we have sent you an order confirmation email. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

6. Safe use of ingredients
Our products are cosmetic raw materials intended for use by people who will formulate, test and label finished products responsibly. Usage rates and guidance on our website are general information and not a substitute for your own safety assessment, patch testing and regulatory compliance. Essential oils and actives can irritate skin if misused. Keep out of reach of children.
