We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
The item must be unused, unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened ingredients, unless they are faulty.
Made-to-order or custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email hello@basesupply.co.za or WhatsApp +27 63 829 0131 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
How to return something
Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm whether the return is eligible and how to send it back.
Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund you to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show it. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is for your own cost.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
